Fractional mesotherapy for the scalp is a highly effective technique aimed not only at stimulating hair growth, but also at deeply restoring the health of the scalp and hair follicles. It helps to activate sleeping follicles, improve microcirculation and hair quality, and normalize the condition of the scalp.

During the procedure, an active cocktail is delivered to the skin through microchannels. This stimulates cell regeneration, synthetic processes and microcirculation in the dermal papilla of the hair follicle, and also improves the overall condition of the scalp.

Trichoscopy before treatment

Using a dermatoscope, you can assess the structure of the follicles, their activity, the presence of inflammatory processes and other pathologies.

Analysis of the phase composition of the hair – the ratio of anagen and telogen will allow you to understand how effectively growth stimulants will work after mesotherapy. During the diagnosis, signs of excessive hyperkeratosis, increased activity of the sebaceous glands or other skin changes can be detected, which may require adjustment of the therapeutic course or treatment technique to achieve optimal results.

In addition, trichoscopy allows you to detect microdamage or inflammatory lesions and plan work with a dermapen in advance in order to minimize the risk of complications.

Preparation for the treatment

The procedure is performed on clean hair without buildup from styling products.

Before the procedure, be sure to recommend that the patient perform a scalp peel at home using SCALP PEELING. This acid-free preparation will help to carefully and thoroughly remove dead skin cells from the skin surface and prepare the skin for mesotherapy.

Treatment technique

When you proceed to perform the procedure, be sure to treat the scalp with an antiseptic to eliminate the risk of infection and create a clean working surface.

The depth of needle penetration is selected individually and usually ranges from 0.25 to 1 mm — depending on the condition of the scalp and the set goal.

The number of procedures is selected individually, depending on the degree of damage and hair growth activity. The minimum course is 6 sessions, but if necessary it can reach 12–14 procedures.
